Bloom Bar FAQ

How much space is required for the Bloom Bar?
We typically require a minimum of 3x2 metres for the station, plus clear guest flow space around it. We can adapt the setup to suit most venue constraints — just share your floor plan with us when enquiring.
Can the Bloom Bar match our event colour palette?
Absolutely. Bloom palette curation is part of every proposal. We'll select stems, textures, and foliage that align with your aesthetic — whether that's all-white, rich jewel tones, or soft pastels.
Do guests need any floral experience?
None at all. That's the beauty of it — our florist hosts guide every guest warmly through the process. It's accessible, enjoyable, and the results are always beautiful regardless of skill level.
Do you travel for events outside Melbourne?
Yes. We travel across Victoria and nationally for larger events. Travel costs are included in the proposal. Get in touch and we'll make it work.
What's the booking lead time?
We recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks in advance, and 3–6 months for weddings or peak season events. We do take on shorter-notice bookings subject to availability — contact us to check.
